It's good to be here, I see several familiar profiles from another site that I know & love, so I'm sure I'll love it here as well! Teesquare mentioned this forum, and he fixed my login problem, so it's good to be here. In addition to the great gang from the other forum, I hope to meet and talk BBQ with some more enthusiasts here, a person just can't have enough BBQ buddies!   I  really like & admire Teesquare's entrepreneurial endeavor with Renaissance Foods and want to be as supportive as possible, as he has taught me much in a short period of time.  I've learned that it takes more than a good recipe & a good grill to make a good BBQ, the secret ingredient is good people to socialize with it, or about it and that's what I am getting from 'ya all!  :D

Good to see you Don! And - as we try to make this place grow and improve, please bear in mind that recruitment of new members is the key to making the site better for all! SO - if there is someone that you like, and want o see around here - or just someone that you think will be a good addition for us, please - ask them to join.

And - thank you for the compliments. I do appreciate it greatly. But - this site is not my bully pulpit. It is a place where we can all discuss various methods of equipment and ingredients that we enjoy.

So - feel free to post and discuss all things cooking!
