Seems I just now thought...."You know...I really ought to introduce myself too ...

I am Tim Tucker, and I love to eat good food- so I love to cook - especially outdoors. Growing up as a kid in Texas, we had a BBQ tradition, and learning to cook was expected thus I have had a life long enjoyment of all things BBQ, as well as other kinds of foods that can be cooked in - or outdoors.

Really looking forward to helping this site grow in any way I can. LTBBQ is here purely for the love of cooking, on any device you can use to cook on and no bias favoring any brand or another.
