HI I'm Tommy or TMB which ever you would like to call me. I have been using TBE since Dec of '07 and now become a full infrared addict. I own 4 vesions of TBE so far, I had 5 but gave one away last week to my baby sister. I also own a Heatwave infrared grill (which I love) and now the owner of the worlds first "DCBE" infrared charcoal smoker.
Those that know me say I'm
crazy nuts a cooking fanatic when it comes to TBE, SRG and BEEZER. I will try anything in them and on them just to prove it can be done or can't .
My love for cooking comes from my late Father who taught me to cook at a very young age and I sharpened my skills by being part of great BBQ sites like this one.
