Thanks to Sparky in Nor Cal for directing me to this great site. I've been reading some of the posts and can tell this site is for anyone who wants to learn and share our wonderful addiction. Although not new to grilling/smoking, there is much to learn from folks such as yourselves. Thanks in advance for your support. Good luck and good smoking to all.

Welcome from Southern California.

So-Cal Smoker was my old handle on the Big Drum Smoker forum.

Brought back some good memories. Some of the gang from that forum hangs around here  :)

Welcome from mid Alabama. I continue to be amazed how many talented BBQ folks there are out on the left coast. I always thought you guys were all vegetarians but y'all are some good cooks out there. I have sure learned a thing or two.
