Hi,

I'm new to all this...don't BBQ or smoke - but have friends that do.  Into flavor and seasonings and spices and rubs.  Just joined to see and hear about new eats... I do EAT!

Welcome Chuck! The only thing about loving to eat is that this place will make you so hungry you can't stand it. Does the NC in your name mean you are from North Carolina? If so I can tell you about a pizza place that would make you really happy.
