Thanks for joining! I think you will find that we add to  - not take away from - any other sites that you are a member of. That is part of our philosophy. We are not "anti" any other group, or forum. That may not be mutual, but that too is o.k.

We are open to ALL forms of cooking on ALL kinds of equipment - or lack of. Campfire cooking is just as credible (maybe moreso :))) than cooking on a pellet grill, or a $15,000 Jambo offset stick-burner.

We love to see posts that are "how to's" on various topics. I know you are a charcuterie guy, and sausages and smoked meats are  an interest to most here as well.

So - WELCOME!

And - just post away. Pictures are always welcome. Pleas host them on Photobucket if you can ( If you need help setting that up, just let me know ) as it saves us a lot of bandwidth, and thus $$$$ ;D

Thanks again! Glad to have you. And - feel free to recruit others that you feel are "good guys". No arguing here, we are all friends that believe there are many ways to do things well.
