Hellooo Folks, name is Ernest and i have BBQmalitis.
I'm an avid backyard griller. Been smoking using the smokenator for about 2 years. I recently decided to take it to that other level and got me a Weber Smokey mountain 14.5.
I woke up on memorial day with BBQmalitis flare ups and pulled the trigger on a PBC.
And here I am...

Just a few pics of my equipment and cooks.
