Looks like this ain't your first "rodeo", if you know what I mean.

I really like the Smokinator, too...use it a lot, especially on extended cooks. I got one for Christmas from Deb (see avatar).  I've only had the Weber about 8 months but taking to it pretty well. Got it at a yard sale for $10.   8)

I'm pretty much a backyard jack, but really enjoy the cookin', the eatin',  and the fellowship of it all.

Well I could not wait another day. I found a retailer, had one left in stock.
Picked it up, had chicken ready to eat in no time flat.
