Yup it was a very moist turkey, one of the best that I have done in the PBC to date. The skin was just perfect to. Back to sleep now  ;)

Turkey looks good.  I think I am going to have to remember the date next year and have some turkey in honor of our friends to the north.

It's always the second Monday in October, next year it will fall on the 12th.  Canadian Thanksgiving occurs on the same day as Columbus Day here in the US.
