Hell, around here they would just call that a 'throw down challenge'.  Someone would end up climbing it anyway (and post it on youtube).

Welcome from Southeast Texas!  I spend most of my youth and college years on the Gulf (Panama City and Pensacola) ... miss those beaches.

Heard of it, never tried it.  Lamb ribs are awesome ... must be my Greek heritage.  I hope you make some ... and if you do, let me know where you source the lamb belly.

Pete - we have a lot of fun around - teasing, joking AND....cooking!

And - we *DO* keep it..."family friendly"...mostly. ;D...Just not Manson Family friendly.... :D :D :D

So, dig in and - have good time. You will see that we are not "thread police" that warn people to get back on the "subject". Our philosophy is that we are a community of friends....not a sterile discussion forum. But we do love to see pictures of cooks - and to share recipes. LOTS of recipes and pictures are perhaps what we key in on, because they prompt us to try new foods and methods.

YOU...can make this! Come on T.G...... Dive into curing your own. We have LOTS of posts in the meat curing section. You likely know a butcher that can get you the cut of lamb you need.....Time to try something new. And - it will not require you to get a new grill!
