BBQ Chicken, Bacon Wrapped Corn & Creamy Broccoli/Cauliflower
« Reply #-1 on: July 19, 2014, 02:11:34 PM »
Seasoned the chicken thighs with Mo'-Rockin' Chickin seasoning and wrapped some Indian corn from the farmers market with bacon and onto the Yoder with some apple smoke.

-----

Basted the chicken with Chile Slinger Sweet & Smoky Chipotle BBQ sauce.

-----

The chicken and corn were excellent but I have to say the creamy broccoli/cauliflower salad my wife put together was unbelievable, I am not big on salad but really want this salad again!

Thanks for looking!

Looks tasty. I'll be saving the corn and the salad recipe for later in the week.
