I learned this recipe from a shfe  John .
It is a spice garlicky chicken .
Firs the recipe
chicken lag and thighs.
2 large onions sliced .
1 had of garlic chopped.
1/2 cup  rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup soya sauce .
1 cup of chicken stock .
salt and black pepper .
sriracha sauce to taste
2 to 3 bay leaves

Season the chicken with the salt and pepper then fry the chick skin down till crispy turn till brown .
remove and fry the onion till soft add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes .
Add the vinegar, soy , chili  chicken stock and the bay leaves . bring to boil .
add the chicken and simmer for an hour and half  to two hours carved ,  till the sauce is thicken .turn the chicken ones or twice .
it is amazing with rice (if you eat rice no like me )

I like it!!  Must try.  My wife just read the recipe and wasn't too sure about the sriracha.  I told her we could start with just a taste to see if she liked it.  We'll see.

That looks great.

Don't you have any business in Minneapolis? You could use my kitchen and deck - way too many cookers to choose from... :)  and cook for Pappy (he'll buy the ingredients - but if we need peas or green stuff, I'll get those...) and me... I bet we could get Paul down from the North Shore as well... just sayin'
