Chicken cacciatora

For supper we had Chicken cacciatora .
For the sauce . I used chopped tomatos , a  jar of my Peperonata   and 2 Hot chillis (bird eye chilli ) http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=15699.0
I removed the chicken skin ( i am using the skin  to do schmalz ) .
Fried in a pot  the chicken slightly on both sides   in olive oil . Added salt and black pepper .
Now i put in to the Pot  the sauce ,the mushrooms  and placed in the oven for 3 hours at 350f .

Absolutely! Sounds delicious and the pictures are wonderful.
