Chicken fingers on the Broilmaster

Had a craving for Buffalo chicken so fried up some breaded chicken in a cast iron skillet on the Broilmaster...



Soon to be tossed with homemade Buffalo sauce.

My problem is that I like it all  ;D

Quite often I'll mix blue cheese crumbles in my ranch for the best of both worlds.
