Made a couple of seared pork chops in the Uuni 2.

They were brined then dried and given a light coating of Hickory Smoked Salt...



Drink for the cook...



Into the Uuni 2 they go...



Plated with garlic cheese bread...



It is tough to get a good sear on brined chops because the liquids that they release when cooking but the Uuni 2 did not disappoint. The chops had great flavor and were cooked perfectly

Great looking chops, Mike.  I recently emailed my sister that I had ordered the Uuni 2.  She wanted to hear more about it for cooking other than pizza.  I'll have to send her this link.

BTW, mine is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.  Thursday night pizza it is!!
