Looks like a great break-in cook. I can see how I would use that cooker a lot

Everybody should have a flat griddle. They are affordable and will last a long long time...

Lodge makes a good one too, which is quite economical considering it will outlast us all - fits both the indoor gas range and the outdoor cooker

I have the Lodge griddle and have used it a lot, love that thing.  ;)

Boy, I sure do like that griddle. Lots and lots of room. And looking at your first cook on it is making me hungry!

I see that griddle every time I'm in Academic Sports and fantasize about cooking on it like you did.  With just Deb and me to cook for, the SuziCue works okay for griddlin'.

Wait till D Holly jumps in to give you some lessons...that guy can work a flat-top, too.

Looks great. I just picked up a griddle and am looking for ideas. Might have to go with breakfast for dinner.   :)
