Discada on Southwest Disk

This is one of my favorite things to cook on the disk.
ingredients:
1/2 lbs Bacon
1/2 lbs chorizo
1 lbs diced pork or ground pork
2 lbs diced beef or ground beef
5 regular Winnie's / hot dogs
2 regular size onions
1 tomato
Jalapeños

Directions:
Cook bacon. push to edges. Cook Chorizo. push to edges. Cook beef and pork. Then add in hot dogs and veggies. Mixe all ingredients together and cook till veggies are sautéed well
