The EZ-Wok Cook System
« Reply #-1 on: November 19, 2015, 05:19:14 PM »
This just came today, its a heavey duty stainless steel cart with a high heat wok burner. It shipped in two well packed boxes and took me about 20 minutes to put together. I seasoned the wok today but didn't have time to cook anything.
I will update this thread with different dishes I make with it.

Neat  :o

Finally, a wok you can set up outdoors where it won't matter if you sling grease or hoisin sauce or the errant bean sprout hither and yon messing up the kitchen in the process.  Hose it off or let the pets feast.  Ingenious  ;D

I watched a lot of YouTube videos with a guy using something similar. Looked like a lot of fun. I love wok cooking.

What's the scoop ...? Where did you get it - what did it cost, how many BTU's...etc?

Let's see. I got the Red Box Smoker for my birthday (albeit a little late). I wonder if I could parlay the wok for Christmas. Just thinking...
