THE BACON COOKIE!!
Use your Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe but cook them in your grill!!! I'm telling ya it is awesome!!
Then make the Maple Butter Glaze below....
1 cup powdered sugar (more if needed)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup (good, more if needed)
In small bowl whisk ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Add more powdered sugar if too thin.
Add more maple syrup (or heavy cream or milk) a teaspoon at a time if too thick.
Drizzle over cookie and put a piece of crispy smoked bacon on it!
I like the glaze thick so it takes time to cover cookie and barely run off edge.
ENJOY!!! Click like and share! ‪#‎cookingpellets‬ ‪#‎pork‬ ‪#‎rectecgrills‬ ‪#‎bacon‬ ‪#‎smoking‬ ‪#‎porkribs‬ ‪#‎traegerpelletgrills‬ ‪#‎bbq‬ #bacon ‪#‎woodpellets‬

Love this concept  ;D

Just thinking . . . has anyone ever tried making chocolate chip (or any other type) cookies using bacon grease instead of butter or shortening?

Not yet!  I might have to give it a try.  And yes, Hub, I will save you a good sample for your input.
