Hello from sunny Southwest Florida
« Reply #-1 on: January 26, 2017, 07:05:03 PM »
My name is Bob.  I really enjoy cooking outdoors. I started getting into smoking with my gas grill and a coffee can and then moved on to a Masterbuilt electric smoker(the kind that looks like a little fridge).  My thinking at the time was that the easier and more convenient it was to use the more I would use it. I'm pretty sure I was right on that one and now that I'm ready to move on and keeping with those same thoughts I've pretty much decided to go pellet grill/smoker. That is what led me here and I'm happy to be here.
Didn't mean to make my introduction so long winded.
Bob
