Very good write ups Hub. Lots of useful information. I'm not one that usually makes a purchase without doing my due diligence. I've been looking for a while but always thought they were just more than I wanted to spend. I prefer a lighter smoke flavor which is generally what I got with my electric smoker. One of my favorites was when I cured and smoked some very good homemade Canadian bacon. I love the convenience of my Masterbuilt and use it often but I'm ready to move on from its limitations.
As far as the name Hub goes it is a nickname I've had since I was young. I've found that I can't always use it for usernames because sometimes it's being used.  I switched a while ago to Hub0000. It's easier to keep straight
