Cheese steak on the Blackstone
« Reply #-1 on: February 25, 2017, 10:34:30 PM »
Decided to do a Philly 'Bama cheese steak for dinner.

The class picture

Peppers, onions, and mushrooms cooking

Sliced some top sirloin fillets into thin steak slices

Steak with onions, peppers and cheese with cover to melt cheese.

Melted cheese on the steak

In the bun and ready to eat

Both the wife and I really enjoyed these. Definitely will make again.

Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.
