Greetings from Central TX
« Reply #-1 on: April 03, 2017, 06:45:26 AM »
I am a Carnivore who is always searching for new ways to prepare my meats.  Currently cooking on either my Weber kettles, WSM's or the Pit Barrel Cooker.

Found this forum by searching for information about the Open Range by The Good-One.  This pit arrives Thursday and I can't wait to start learning offset cooking on a larger scale.

We grill or smoke every Sunday afternoon here at the "Ageorgetx Backyard Grill".  Look forward to the interaction on this forum with others who are passionate about outdoor cooking.

From an Aggie...and Native Son of the Republic. My postal address may say North Carolna....but my heart will always be in Texas. ;D

What part of Central TX are you ?  The Mrs. T is a fan of Cooper's in Llano...... ( fan= replay of the THE scene in "When Harry met Sally" the first time I took her there for BBQ... ;) :D )
