Had two rib-eye's for Sunday dinner planned.   These were rubbed with Gunpowder and set in fridge for 24 hrs.

Cooked on the Little Smokey (well one was the other was ruined for Kimmie)  ???

Mine was great! Cooked to 135 then pulled hers was cooked (won't say IT  ??? ??? ???) but she was HAPPY! :D
