RecTec
« Reply #-1 on: April 19, 2017, 01:18:04 PM »
Well, I got the new Rec Tec set up this weekend and it is AWESOME.  I had to make some food for the family of course.

Started off with some steaks.  Looked great but did not taste very good.  I think it was the cut of meat.

Next I tried a small brisket and some ribs.  Low and slow.  Turned out amazing.

Small learning curve but that's the fun part.   Right?
