Introduction

Hello. I am a retired Verizon employee. I live in Staten Island, NY. As far as barbeque equipment, I have a Weber Genesis grill and a Weber charcoal grill. Lately I am doing some air frying as I got one as a gift. I found this site through a video on YouTube. I really enjoy cooking and feel this site will help me to become a better cook.
