Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast
« Reply #-1 on: May 08, 2017, 01:03:31 PM »
Yesterday I did my first bacon wrapped turkey breast on the Rec Tec RT-300.  Made the bacon weave and wrapped.  Boneless turkey breast was 3 lbs.  I cooked it at 300°F and it took about 2 3/4 hours to get the internal temp to 165°F.  When you guys cook this recipe, what temp do you set the grill to?  Was thinking of cooking the next one at 325°F.  Came out good, turkey was extremely tender and juicy but the bacon could have been done a little more for my liking.
