Another try at ribs using a little Sparky magic
« Reply #-1 on: September 19, 2017, 10:13:20 AM »
While back Sparky visited the Rocket City and I cooked ribs (well lets say I tried)   Sparky gave me some great pointers so this past Sunday I tried them and boy did it make a difference.   These were much better and Kimmie LOVED them so it's a great thing ;)

Thanks Sparky for the honest review of the ribs I cooked for you guys and I hope one day to redue them for you with better results

I used Big Dick's Rib Rub this time and Apple pellets, spritz of apple juice and rub blended and topped with Cliff's base BBQ sauce an a few tweeks I made.

Sorry no cut pictures, Kimmie tried the bark off of the end and we never looked back! Then it hit me I didn't get pictures :(
