Sriracha Honey St. Louis Ribs

Sorry I haven't been on here in quite a while, been real busy but I'll discuss that in another thread possibly. Today I decided that I would put the little Traeger to work and press the easy button and smoke some ribs for dinner. I have been playing around with this glaze I saw on some food show but it's basically Sriracha mixed with honey and brown sugar. It has heat and sweet, which I am a big fan of. I previously used it on smoked wings and loved it so I figured it would work well with ribs. It did :)

No pics on the Traeger but I took one as soon as it came off and onto the platter. And then, one after I took a bite. Good stuff!

Very good odds as you just shared it yourself :P That's all there is to it. I eyeball it. I squirt maybe 2-4 tablespoons of sriracha, add maybe the same in honey and then free pour some brown sugar in there, maybe 1/4 cup unpacked or packed, who knows? Not exact by no means. Mix it up with a fork, taste it, adjust as needed. That sriracha is some spicy stuff as you know so a little does go a long way! Sometimes I take some homemade bbq sauce to add to it if I want a little more BBQ sauce taste rather than a glaze but the glaze IS money!

Thanks Bob, don't worry about the bite size, it's the AMOUNT of bites, lol!
