Pit Barrel Playoff Sunday
« Reply #-1 on: January 13, 2014, 06:34:15 PM »
Since yesterday was playoff day with my favorite team the Bronco's we decided to do a smorgasbord. Did a tri-tip in the PBC first.

Took it off after a hour & 15 mins at 135*. Foiled while the wings & onions went into the PBC.
Cooked for a hour or so.

Here is your plate of wings with a tri tip slider along with a bowl of hot & spicy chili that I made on Sat. in my rotten green egg.

thanks for looking, GO BRONCO"S!!!

Tritip looks great!   What did you use to prep it?
