Tritip looks great!   What did you use to prep it?
Hi, this is what we used: Tatonka dust, Pit barrel beef & wild game seasoning, fresh ground black pepper & garlic salt. Seasoned the night before and let marinate till Sunday.
18.8 Weber one touch, 22.5 Weber Performer,18.5 WSM, Weber go anywhere, smoky joe Bronc smoker, med green egg, & PBC. Hasty Bake 414, The Good One Open Range.

Hi, I call it the rotten egg because I name all of my grills & smokers. And when a egg is usually rotten it's green. But we love our egg. Just my name for it.

Just cut opened the Costco pork butt. They removed the bone and cut it in half - didn't expect that. So I've got two 5 pound butts. I'm going to put them on the rack since there is no bone. My first turkey cook failed on thanksgiving because it was too cold, so hopefully starting it early enough allows for enough leeway.

Oh and screw Peyton Manning.
