Title: Tip Top Temp on the Jumbo Joe Smoking Baby Backs.

Sometimes ya just got to change it up and leave the Pellet Smokers covered.  First smoke using the Tip Top Temp with indirect heat using cherry wood for smoke.  I am surprised that the $35 unit is controller temperatures from 223-227.
