Title: Beef Ribs on the Rectec

Made beef ribs today.
On the RecTec with just some salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cooked for 2 hours, pulled and wrapped and put back in for about 45min. Here they are with the juice from the foil and some BBQ sauce ready to go back in.

Plated with some baked beans and macaroni salad.
