Title: Lazy day cooking
Post by: TMB on December 02, 2017, 12:01:44 PM
A beautiful day at the Bomm-A-Rosa!   Sun shinning, mid 60's or better low wind and STUCK at home having A/C work done on the house.

Lets just say, I could own a MAK 1 , a RT300 & their new pellet grill the Bullseye + change to go out for dinner a few times  ??? ??? ??? ???

I had a butt in the freezer I wanted to try a rub Smoke had sent me awhile back  Miners Mix by Maynard's

More to come as the cook goes on!

Looks good Tommy. That Miners Mix is good stuff, it is made up in Northern California.

Tommy, that looks like it will turn out really yummy. smoke does know his rubs and is very generous with his rub knowledge. Sorry for your A/C problems. There is never a good time for that problem, but right before Christmas is a real bummer. Glad you made it a great productive day by giving the RecTec a workout.
