Title: What to do with leftover brisket.(Part II)
Post by: GusRobin on December 17, 2017, 07:44:05 PM
For dinner I didn't want another sandwich. So I decided to make burnt ends, or probably more correct to say burnt chunks of brisket.
Here they are ready to go into the RecTec.

Another great meal from this brisket. Next I think I'll cut it up and make stew as the weather is turning chilly.
