Do the BBR from Costco have the membrane that needs to be removed?

Only the baby backs.  Not the spares.  At least at the Costco here.

So-Cal Costco poke ribs all needed the silver removed..........go figure..........

Here in Alabama the St Louis and the Back ribs both have the membrane removed.  Can't beat Costco!
