"Volunteer" Wings
« Reply #-1 on: October 08, 2014, 11:27:53 AM »
My wife came home last night and told me that I “volunteered” to cook wings for a birthday party at
her place of work today.  Being the dutiful obedient husband that I am I marinated 2 large packs
of wings in Zesty Italian Dressing overnight.  This morning I seasoned the ones on the left with Mo Rockin
and the ones on the right with Oakridge BBQ Secret Weapon.

The wings were put onto the Grid Iron burning pecan pellets.  Temp was set at 180 for the first 30 minutes
to get a little added smoke flavor I then bumped the temperature to 275 for the next hour and the last 30
minutes it was set at 350 to crisp up the wings.

Wings are done, packaged and getting ready to be delivered.  I added a few bottles of wing sauce to the mix.

My wife just called me and said that the wings were delicious and now I have 4 other "wives" that want me to
cook for them!  ??? 8) ;)
