pork picnic $1.69/lb
« Reply #-1 on: April 26, 2015, 03:21:26 PM »
Public's had some picnic’s for $1.69/lb so I decided to do some pulled pork. It started on the performer but mother nature moved it to the CP.

Skinned and seasoned.

Ready for a long slow cook

Getting a little lunch ready

Lunch is ready

Time to pull

Finish in the CP

Good stuff
Love to cook and eat

I figure if you can get at least two hours of good smoke, the crock or oven can finish up the heavy lifting.................
