Looking for info on  subject Stoker. In paticular is there a link on it, where available from and can it be ordered yet. Looking for one to fit my Outdoor Gourmet from Academy. Thanks.     Bill G.

I probably would suggest you get some cooking experience before doing any mods. You are most likely going to get a + 10 to 20  increase  in grate temp over what you are reading on the display due to the location of the RTD. Ignore the hood thermo, I removed mine and put the plug back in. Get that baby cookin something!
