My new stainless steel Skewers

I made me new stainless steel Skewers .
so for my first try run i did Turkish kabobs .
lamb with cilantro ,cumin ,salt,black pepper,garlic and allspice .
fresh salad , tahini and harissa .

Ahron...skewers are m ost excellent..I foud some flat ones but not like that, for your meititi recipe..keep adding recipes please...☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

They look similar to the cevapi (case less Serbian or Bosnian sausages) I made a while back.  I have some wide skewers that I could probably use like you did.  Yours look great, Ahron.

Those are really cool skewers and great looking meat kabobs. Did you use a scroll bender for the rolled end?
