Ahron, here in the U.S. the lower half of a pork shoulder is often referred to as a "Picnic" cut, or "Picnic Ham".

I was always told to bake a fresh loaf of bread to HELP sell a house.  Smoked food may be the best "Smell" one could have for a open house!   Smart man Smoke, or did Smoochy think of that one??
