First grill of the year
« Reply #-1 on: January 02, 2016, 07:20:09 AM »
We started the year with lamb chops , creamed spinach and a salad .
made a romanian garlic sauce called " Mujdei De Usturoi " from where i came from ,
my parents used to do it with garlic (a lot of it ) crash it in a cup with salt as the abrasive using the handle of a wooden spoon adding slowly water .
till it turn in to a paste .

That is a great first grill, IMO.  I can almost smell the garlic from here.
