I'll take some of those.  Burnt ends are my favorite part of doing a brisket.

Looks awesome! I could eat those all day!

I once brought burnt ends(enough for three people easily)to my cousin(in-law actually)and he sat down and ate all of them before anyone even knew they were there. Lol...... They are addictive!
