9.5 Boston Butt On The GMG DB WIFI

This was my first long cook on a pellet grill and I have to say I was very pleased. In total it was a 14 hour cook with the first 8 hours at 200 for ample smoke and the last 6 hours were between 250-300. I don't have any before pictures but I think the after pictures are pretty sufficient! I used CookinPellets Perfect Mix and I was very satisfied with the flavor and especially the smoke! I still have some learning to do on the pellet grill method but I am very happy with my purchase.  :)
