Cook-Air Sous Vide Chicken Legs and Rib-Eyes
« Reply #-1 on: May 30, 2016, 04:55:02 PM »
Started with chicken legs Sous Vide cooked for 2 hours at 158F then finished on the Cook-
Air...

Then 3 large Rib-Eye steaks seasoned with Money Champonship Rub and smeared with crushed garlic...

Steaks were soooo good! And that is the best way to do SV chicken legs. Seasoned with sea salt, 158 bath for 2 hours and then grilled to finish them.
