Chicken Wings
« Reply #-1 on: December 17, 2011, 09:12:13 PM »
Pops wanted some chicken wings so here we go!
Bathed em in some Italian dressing and used T2's Mo-Rockin Chicken Rub.
Everybody really loved the rub. My niece liked the sweet with no heat.
My oldest sprout liked being able to taste the rub and the meat, didn't overpower.
Mama fried some zuccinni and buttered up some bread.
The new grill was a tad disappointing...had some heat spot issues (burned hot right to left) so I will call the maker this week and get some pointers. No biggie though..the pit did a good job overall.
