Howdy

Used my CA today on some poke chops. My mojobricks are not in yet so i used chips. Is the fan supposed to be noisy? Its not overly loud just funny like.

Congrats on the Cook Air!  The fan does make some noise especially the faster it goes.  Not sure what "tummy" is, I think you meant "funny".  Sounding funny is not normal might want to try it again or take it back for a second try.  I know I have not thrown away my box yet just in case.  Good Luck!

No taking it back as its from Cabelas. Closest one to me is in Augusta, GA. Seems to work good though.

Mine ordered from Cabelas came with a pre-printed return and UPS label which I used.
Received the refund the same day Cabelas received the returned Cook-Air.  Good service.

I'd hate to even hazard a guess as to how much $$$ I've spent with Cabela's over the years, whether in store or mail order and in the rare event I have needed to return or exhange something I have never had a problem. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. Sure wish they would open a store in Sioux Falls! I never fail to stop when I go by their store in Mitchell, SD or Medford, MN. Mrs TF likes to hit the outlet mall at Medford so I just have her drop me at Cab's and call when she gets done there. Works out pretty good, but can be a bit hard on the budget!
