Sunday ribs
« Reply #-1 on: January 23, 2017, 03:29:36 PM »
Smoked some ribs yesterday while I seasoned my flat top

I used the 3-2-1 method.

Rubbed with my own rub mix.

Used a cherry cola/BBQ sauce glaze

Not a very good picture. (May have been just a bit overcooked)
Fall off the bone, but very good.

Tonight will be sammies made with the leftovers on some of that homemade Texas toast you see on my plate.
