Culinary Classic for Dinner
« Reply #-1 on: April 30, 2017, 08:42:09 PM »
Pork and Beans

Marinated some pork chops in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Used the Foodsaver.

Doctored up some beans and threw them on the pellet grill.

In the meantime made sure to keep hydrated.

Grilled the chops on the Kamado.

Added some Apple Slaw and dinner is served. Naturally served on dinnerware fitting such a classic.

Pam the beverage is Booker's Bourbon. A little for the beans and a little for the cook.  ;D
