Standing Rib Roast with Weber and EZ-Que
« Reply #-1 on: December 21, 2011, 04:55:48 PM »
Here are two pictures of a rib roast on my EZ-Que Rotisserie.  I don't have the after pictures, people were too hungry to wait for photography.

I don't know why EZ-Que went out of business they made a great product.

Large Big Green Egg, Traeger BBQ075, NBBD, La Caja China, Brinkman All-In-One, Weber Q200, Weber Q220, Weber Q320, WSM, and more Weber kettles than I care to admit.

Sad they are out of business. That should be fairly easy to build with some sheet metal and a universal rotisserie though.

The EZ-Que is great.   Well designed and all stainless steel.

I wouldn't know how to make one myself.  Between the lock arms, the rods, and the rotisserie connectors on each end, it seems like you'd really have to be an experienced welder to make something like that.
